Parcels up to 30kg ordered before 2pm will be dispatched the same day via the Parcel next-day-delivery service within Switzerland.

We are an importer and wholesaler. Our customers are resellers who market our products to end customers.
For a small portion of the product range (care products and feed), there are sometimes no resellers available in the immediate area – in these cases, we always find a solution.
It may occasionally happen that a product you ordered does not fully meet your expectations, that it is not what you imagined, or that an item you ordered is defective, please us using our contact form. If you have a problem with your order, we will need your order number and customer reference number to help us process your request. We will do our best to respond within 5 working days.
Further information on our product returns service:- Items can be returned within 14 days following delivery and after you have made arrangements with us by telephone in advance.
- When returning (an) item(s), please be sure to always enclose a note stating your name, telephone number, delivery note number or invoice number, and your reason for returning the item(s).
- If you return (an) item(s) to us after the 14-day period has passed or without consulting us first, we reserve the right to credit you for a maximum of 80% of the original product value.
- Packaged items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Your account will then be settled the next time you purchase from us, or, alternatively, you will receive a credit note.
- Postage and/or shipping charges are payable by the customer.
- We invite you to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.

We thoroughly check all furnaces before shipping them, and they are delivered complete with tube and connector.
We provide excellent service for all parts, and we can also perform inspections if you lack the time.
Frequently asked questions
If you are not registered as a specialist partner (farrier, vet, dealer, etc.), you are not entitled to a dealer discount.
A large part of our product range consists of farriery products. Working with these products requires a qualification as an expert in this field and is therefore only sold to this customer group.
You can pay in cash when you collect your order from the store in Biel-Benken.
However, this option is not available in the online store. During the ordering process, you can indicate in the “Remarks” field that you would like to pay for the goods in cash on collection or inform us by telephone.
No, not always.
For example, the price per box (nails) is cheaper if you order a carton of nails instead of a box.
You can choose the sales unit. If you choose the larger sales unit, the price is lower than for the smaller sales unit.
If no different sales units are offered, no reduced price is offered for larger quantities.
You can change your password online. Simply select "Forgot your login information?" below the login screen.

If you order as a specialist partner and pay your invoices regularly within 10 days of the invoice date, you will receive an additional 1% bonus discount.
To repeat your order, proceed as follows:
- Log in to your customer account.
- Click on your user name in the top right-hand corner and then on “Orders”.
- Click on the respective order number to open the desired order.
- Below the item overview, you can select to add the available items to the shopping cart again.
- This will open your shopping cart with the automatically added items and you can continue your order as usual.
