Delivery and Delivery Time
Parcels up to 30kg ordered before 2pm will be dispatched the same day via the Parcel next-day-delivery service within Switzerland.
Delivery by truck within 5 business days within Switzerland.
Terms and Conditions of Delivery
• All prices listed are net prices; items are delivered ex-warehouse from Biel-Benken, Basel canton, Switzerland• We reserve the right to change prices
• All prices are exclusive of Swiss VAT.
• All orders are payable in advance or within 30 days of placing the order for regular customers
• For orders under CHF 30.- we charge a small quantity surcharge of CHF 9.00

0 – 10 kg -> CHF 12.–
10 – 20 kg -> CHF 15.–
20 – 30 kg -> CHF 20.–
30 – 50 kg -> CHF 30.–
Additional charge for express shipping -> CHF 15.–

Import and Wholesaler
We are an importer and wholesaler. Our customers are resellers who market our products to end customers.
For a small portion of the product range (care products and feed), there are sometimes no resellers available in the immediate area – in these cases, we always find a solution.
If anything ever goes wrong...
It may occasionally happen that a product you ordered does not fully meet your expectations, that it is not what you imagined, or that an item you ordered is defective. If you would like to return the item to us in this case, please follow the procedures below. Call our office between 8am and 5pm at +41 (0)61 511 10 20. To ensure that we can assist you quickly, efficiently and without any complications, we request that you keep your delivery note number or invoice number to hand.
Further information on our product returns service:• Items can be returned within 14 days following delivery and after you have made arrangements with us by telephone in advance.
• When returning (an) item(s), please be sure to always enclose a note stating your name, telephone number, delivery note number or invoice number, and your reason for returning the item(s).
• If you return (an) item(s) to us after the 14-day period has passed or without consulting us first, we reserve the right to credit you for a maximum of 80% of the original product value.
• Packaged items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Your account will then be settled the next time you purchase from us, or, alternatively, you will receive a credit note.
• Postage and/or shipping charges are payable by the customer.
• We invite you to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
If a certain item is temporarily out of stock, it is to be considered as "back order". Please contact us if we can possibly send an alternative or if you have any further questions.

Gas Furnaces
We thoroughly check all furnaces before shipping them, and they are delivered complete with tube and connector.
We provide excellent service for all parts, and we can also perform inspections if you lack the time.
