How do I apply Strahlfoili?
Strahlfoili is easy to apply to the horse's hoof! Pick out the feet, brush well (goes well with a wire brush), apply generously to the desired areas on the hoof & that's it!
How often do I need to apply Strahlfoili?
In acute cases of thrush, apply once a day for 10 days. After the intense period, apply 2-4 times a week for care and prevention.
What does Strahlfoili help with?
Strahlfoili is suitable for external use on the horse's hoof and helps against thrush, bacteria in the white line (white line disease), cracks, hollow wall in the case of infections or laminitis and for general care of the sole of the hoof.

How long does Strahlfoili have to dry before I can remove the hoof?
Not at all, the horse can put the hoof down immediately after the application of Strahlfoili.
Does Strahlfoili need to be covered, e.g. with a hoof dressing?
No. Strahlfoili can be applied to bare hooves as well as shod horses and does not need to be covered. If your horse needs a hoof dressing for an abscess, Strahlfoili can also be applied under the hoof dressing to combat bacteria. Strahlfoili can also be applied under a hoof boot.
Can Strahlfoili be used under hoof pads, plates and adhesive shoeing?
Yes, horseshoes, pads and cushions should be applied after the application of Strahlfoili. Strahlfoili is immediately tested and does not react with pads or polyurethanes from known manufacturers.
